The privilege of having Lily be my post-partum doula after baby #4 is one that I will always hold dear. She truly has the best demeanor for such a special role. A post-partum doula can wear many hats, and in my circumstance I needed someone who could be an extra set of hands for me in my first few weeks post-partum.
