Laurel is beyond an excellent doula. Before the birth of our first child, she helped make sure even the smallest of details were taken care of, like where to send our dog for a while and other things that never crossed my mind.
This was our first child so we honestly didn't know what to expect (reading about labor and delivery in books and online isn't quite the same as living through it).
