Sinda’s Hypno-Birthing class was a game-changer during my pregnancy and labor. I’d heard so many stories about the “horrors” of labor and I was so scared of those stories becoming my reality. Sinda taught me so much about what my body was creating and what it was preparing for.
If you're considering Sinda as your doula, just choose her. She is warm and inviting in all the ways that make the best birth coach. She is as hands on as you want her. (Which was A LOT for me) She is knowledgeable and helpful with the info you need during this crazy time.
I had Sinda come to my home for a private Hypnobirthing class and it was perfect! She was so informative, even about birth questions unrelated to the class material. She was personable, calming, positive and became such a good friend to us!
