I got to experience both Craniosacral and postpartum care from Grace. I received craniosacral from her throughout my whole pregnancy and it really helped in maintaining a healthy balance in my body while dealing with an autoimmune condition.
I have been working with Grace for the last several months. I wasn’t even sure what cranial sacral work was exactly but I had heard good things about it my I gave it a try! I have worked through some pretty intense stuff with her since beginning this work, things I wasn’t even aware that my system was holding onto.
