I can’t recommend Nourished Familes enough! We refer to Liz as Lactation Liz and reference her stories and phrases weekly. Liz came into our lives just when we needed her. She came into our home less than a week after our second son was born and brought not only her expertise but her love and care.
Liz is the absolute BEST. When I gave birth to my baby girl I really struggled with breastfeeding and Liz came in to save the day with amazing lactation consulting. After my intital visit with Liz, she completely changed my breastfeeding experience from a negative to a positive.
Liz is THE best lactation consultant! My son had a tongue tie as well as severe reflux and Liz supported us through his related latch issues. She also guided me through having an over supply which was causing recurrent clogged ducts.
