What families say
As a first time mom, I had lots of questions about my newborn. Michelle has been very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. She is a kind and compassion person who is always ready to help. She held free "Mom & Baby" classes that taught soothing exercises (dance, music, etc.
Michelle has helped us in so many ways with our baby girl. Before she was waking up throughout the night frequently and did not like being in her crib. Thanks to the help of Michelle, she now loves to sleep in her crib and the night wakings have dropped significantly.
As first time parents we were not prepared for newborn care. Having her there to coach and guide us through so many new experiences was amazing. She helped our baby who hated the bassinet to sleep long stretches in his bed. More than anything she was kind, supportive and encouraging every time we spent time with her.
Attending the newborn class was an absolute game-changer for me and my little one! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and expertise that immediately put us at ease.
