Mountain Village Massage Doula

Having moved from Durham and been going monthly to my ride or die therapist there for 6 years it's been hard finding a replacement here. Seems Asheville doesn't lack overpriced massage therapist but I haven't found someone I wanted to go back to until I met Millie.

Best experience ever!!!! Being pregnant she knew exactly what I needed. I have never had a more relaxing and enjoyable massage. I scheduled another massage 2 weeks later. She was so patient and in tune with what I needed. I felt so comfortable with her and I cant wait to go back. Millie you are AMAZING!!!

I went to see Millie after recovering from shoulder surgery. She did a great job evaluating my range of motion and pinpointing areas where mobility was limited by muscle tightness. Over several weeks she worked out a thoughtful approach to massage and stretching particular muscle groups with great results.

I love this girl. I have had several massages from Millie and I can’t express just how much she has helped me. She really takes the time to work much needed areas. You have to give her a try. You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you so much Millie! You are a miracle worker for sure! Can’t wait for the next massage.
