T’Arah has been an absolute lifesaver. I had a high-risk pregnancy for multiple reasons, but I knew from the start that I wanted a doula. I had a hard time finding the right fit because many doulas I came across were either very religious or very anti-science, and I wanted someone evidence-based but still holistic.
She is an amazing doula, but feels more like a friend. She's very knowledgeable and also attentive to individual needs. She's there to support you before labor, during, and after. She truly listens to all concerns, worries and fears. All you have to focus on is yourself while laboring and delivering your baby.
