Chandra was our doula, nanny, and a friend to both us and our daughter, Skylark, for the first year of her childhood. When she was with Skylark we were really happy and secure. Skylark loved playing with her - it was kind of magical in a way, sometimes, how well they got along.
Chandra was our postpartum doula after the birth of our first child. Welcoming someone into your world at such a vulnerable time (and as a first time parent) is daunting, but Chandra fit right in with her calm energy and gentle care for the whole family. She offered helpful suggestions but never judgements.
I highly recommend Chandra as she did an amazing job being our doula for the birth of our baby boy. Leading up to birth she was very informative and helped us prepare for the many questions we soon needed to answer.
