What families say
I've been working with Monia for almost a year now, in different capacities - we met when I enrolled in the trauma informed yoga teacher training at MOTA, Monia's yoga, fitness, and wellness space (a truly welcoming and inclusive space which honors the deep roots of yoga tradition unlike any other studio I've been to).
I have been doing yoga at Mota for a few years now and have greatly enjoyed my 1:1 sessions. They have become part of my routine. I love the community that exists there, fostered and nurtured by Monia. I love how inclusive the space is and how the practitioners welcome everyone.
It is such a treat to have my weekly yoga session with Monia. She is an outstanding, caring teacher. I highly recommend her.
Monia was our prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula, offering complete wraparound services to us, ensuring we were utterly supported before our baby even arrived! A few weeks prior to arrival she offered 1:1 sessions with my husband and I to prepare for labor and delivery.
