My wife searched through possibly Doulas online in our area, we didn’t have a doula with our first child but had decided we definitely wanted a doula for our second child. We met with Monalisa first and ended up canceling the other interviews we had set up with other doulas.

I can't even begin to express how blessed I am to have found Monalisa. With my first birth, I had an unpleasant experience that resulted in an unwanted csection, mostly because I wan uninformed about my choices. Monalisa educated and empowered me to have the VBAC that I desperately wanted.
Where to start…if I can give more stars I would. When I first booked my appt with Monalisa I was indecisive if I really needed a doula. My GOAL for my second pregnancy was a unmedicated VBAC. Monalisa educated us SOOOO much and prepared us for when our baby got here.
