My husband and I had our first baby boy back in February and it was such a blessing to have Hilary in the room with us. When I found out we were expecting, we knew we wanted to get as much professional guidance and support as we can get. We did copious amounts of research on doulas and thank god we found Hilary!
Hilary is truly amazing. I can’t even fully express how much I enjoyed my journey with her. She was not only a Doula but a confidant and friend. I was a surrogate, so she had the extra task of assisting me and two new dads! She made sure the dads felt just as included and offered them support in their new role.
Hilary was truly such a gift throughout my birth experience. As a first time mom, I was beyond scared going into labor. From our very first conversations through delivery day, Hilary was knowledgeable, responsive, and so incredibly reassuring.
Hilary was an absolute blessing. My husband and I unexpectedly went into preterm labor at 27 weeks - Hilary showed up as a support, knowledge base during my delivery (where my husband was put in power of all decisions for my life as well as our child’s). He says having Hilary there brought him a lot of peace.
