Jackie is absolutely incredible! From the first time we met I knew I could not have done my birth without her. She has such a calming presence about her and she knew exactly what I needed during my pregnancy and labor.
My experience with Modern Mama was one that changed my birthing experience in the most beautiful way. I truly believe that I would not have been able to have an unmedicated birth if it hadn’t been for Jackie. She is intuitive and purposeful with every step that she facilitated for me.
I'm so glad I found this place! Jackie is very knowledgeable and full of tips to relieve pain, improve posture, reduce stress and prepare you both physically and mentally for the big day. She also has experience as a doula and masseuse and shares those skills during our sessions.
