What families say
From the moment my husband and I met Heather, we knew we were in the best hands. Even before then, we knew she’d be wonderful, as she was the doula for my best friend and came strongly recommended! With it being my first birth, I had so many anxieties.
Heather is the best doula I have ever worked with. I just recently gave birth to my 5th child and I am so thankful that Heather is the doula we chose to support us. She was a calm and grounding presence throughout labor and delivery, and very hands on (which is something we had communicated to her we were needing).
As a first time mom, I knew I wanted a Doula as part of my birth experience and Heather was the best. Her exercise program and education classes prepare you for birth more than you know! I truly believe her program allowed me to have a smooth birth.
Heather is peace in a person. My preference in how my birth would go was not God's plan. We were admitted due to health concerns and ultimately had to make decisions on the fly. Heather was calm and supportive throughout my labor and delivery. Speaking up for me when I was not able to communicate.
