Amazing experience - my husband and I had the privilege of working with Sarah for the birth of our first child. She was involved from beginning to end, helping us with a birth plan, coaching throughout and celebrating the arrival of our little one.
Wow, where to begin. This was my second birth but first birth chasing the more natural route. From the get go I knew that I wanted to have someone alongside my journey that was experienced and knowledgeable in natural births to guide me through every step. Sarah came highly, highly recommended by two of my friends.
When I first decided to get a doula, my husband was a little leery and thought maybe it would be a waste of money, but after my birth even his skepticism was gone and he was praising my doula (Sarah) for doing God's work and being so helpful! This was my first child and I don't have much of a support system in town.
