Due to interesting circumstances, I didn't meet Ann until we were already at the hospital. Though I only got to spend 14 hours with her before baby was born, I felt like I had known her much longer. She's very welcoming and it's easy to feel comfortable around her. I was impressed by her "bag of tricks.
