What families say
February 2023 Choosing Gretchen to take on the role as my doula was easy. Her passion for birth work is contagious and the knowledge she holds is encouraging and empowering. She is comforting and gentle and both my husband and I knew we could rely on her to help us through all that labor would bring.
As a third time mother, I wanted to educate myself further as I approached this birth in an entirely different way. Gretchen’s class taught my partner and I so much about child birth, and spoke to a variety of different situations. I urge you to take her class because you will walk out with a wealth of knowledge.
I was lucky enough to have Gretchen as the birth assistant at my home birth. She in no way needed to work her doula magic on me, since that wasn't the reason she was there, but she did. And it was a life saver! If we ever have another baby, I will be hiring her as my doula. She is so dedicated and loving.
Gretchen was an amazing support person for myself and my husband throughout my pregnancy and birth experience. She is so knowledgeable and experienced on the entire birthing journey and truly has a passion for serving her clients. We took Gretchen's virtual Lamaze Course which I highly reccomend.
