What families say
I have taken many Yoga classes with Bethany and I always feel very relaxed and at peace after! I dance and workout regularly, and her yoga classes help me with soreness and body pain. She is an amazing instructor and always inspires me to learn more about the mind-body connection.
I left Bethany's class feeling rejuvenated, strong, and centered. Yoga is not just about exercise when you have the right instructor. It can be so much more and Bethany understands that! I highly recommend her class, no matter your yoga experience!
I LOVED IT. This was my first yoga class and it couldn’t have gone any better! Bethany is so welcoming and did an incredible job guiding us all through the Vinyasa flow. I felt calm while listening to her voice and instructions, and I didn’t feel pressured to hold a pose longer than I was comfortable.
Bethany is empathetic and thoughtful which makes her craft very intentional. Would 20/10 recommend trying a class with her if you’re looking for a practice that incorporates healing and wellness
