What families say
Paige absolutely helped me better prepare my mind and body going into labor my second time around. Labor comes with a lot of anticipatory anxiety (and I had tons), but there is so much you can do to prepare for a, yes, hard event and recovery. She helped me see that to be true.
After finding out I was pregnant I knew my goal was to have a medication free birth and that I wanted a Doula. We met with a few different people but immediately felt comfortable with Paige from our first call with her.
I worked with Paige during prenatal sessions only due to covid restrictions. We met twice virtually for roughly an hour and a half each time and talked about my birth plan and my fears, concerns, and needs. Plus general education that was so helpful as a first time mom.
I took Paige’s pain management course because I wanted to have the tools to go without an epidural if I felt I could. When I went into labor with my daughter I thought I was getting to the hospital with enough time for an epidural, but she had other plans.
