Malama helped me through my pregnancy and I believe it was a key factor in keeping me healthy and helping me avoid getting gestational diabetes. Early in my pregnancy, I had been diagnosed as borderline for gestational diabetes.
It can feel overwhelming when you're told that you have gestational diabetes; however, Malama Health makes everything SO much easier. Their team helps expected mothers understand their condition better by giving a personalized plan to manage our health.
Malama Health had helped me tremendously as a mother of three. The inspiration and community it brought me created a positive motherhood journey. It led me to develop healthy habits and I wish I knew of Malama earlier on when I became pregnant first time.
