“We are so grateful to have had Mika as our birth doula for our first child.”
What families say
Mikah has been my doula for both of my births and I cannot imagine doing it without her! Her presence brought a sense of calm and emotional support when I needed it most. She was also great in showing my husband how to support me through my contractions and labor, as it can be an overwhelming time for the dads.
It is hard to put into words how to thank the person who helped you bring your child into the world, but I will try! We are so grateful to have had Mika as our birth doula for our first child. Looking back even a year ago, she made sure I felt empowered and supported.
Mika was incredible in handling my delicate temperament. We had just moved from overseas, this was my first pregnancy after a devastating loss the year prior and I needed the support in SO MANY WAYS. I would not recommend her enough, if you are thinking of doing it.... JUST DO IT! It was all so worth it to me.
