What families say
Hiring Melanie as my birth and postpartum doula was one of the best decisions I made when I prepared for the arrival of my daughter last year. She is experienced, communicative, thoughtful, grounded, conscientious, and a wonderful person to talk to about pretty much anything.
I had such a beautiful birth experience, and having Melanie as my doula made all the difference. She brought a calm, grounding presence and helped me feel supported and confident every step of the way. She guided both me and my partner through labor with compassion and knowledge, and I always felt heard and cared for.
Melanie is GEM! My husband and I are so grateful we had her support during my delivery and her continued support postpartum. I had a very intense birth and it was scary. We’re so grateful Melanie was there to help us navigate a very challenging situation, especially as first time parents.
WOW, Melanie is a godsend. We worked with Melanie for our second kid, and as second time parents we heard how helpful postpartum care could be but were skeptical of the utility of overnight care given our goals to exclusively breastfeed.
