Working with a Doula was something I knew was a non-negotiable from the moment I got pregnant and as soon as I met Liz, I knew she'd be the one to help bring my sweet baby into the world. My labor and birth truly would not have been the same without her.
Liz is a one of a kind kinda gal. When my husband and I met her we just knew she would be the most perfect addition to our birth team. She was able to keep us excited for the natural water birth we wanted (& achieved with her help) but also hold space for the vulnerability that birth brings out.
