Karen is an actual EARTH ANGEL and I feel like the luckiest mama to have had her support during my sacred postpartum window. As a first time mom, Karen instilled so much confidence in me as she taught me how to bathe, baby wear, swaddle, nurse, soothe my baby and much more.
Karen was our doula for a second time this winter and she was incredible, again. She was a lifesaver for our first kid and we knew when we got pregnant again that we would need MORE support with two kids. Karen is prompt, clean, helpful and has no problem jumping in when needed, even with our older son.
I fully believe in the capacity of words to communicate the human experience, and yet I find myself grasping for them to communicate just how fully Karen shaped and in many ways saved my experience with my newborn twins. She was indepsensible.
