After interviewing 3 potential duolas, we chose Maddi for a good reason. It’s clear that she cares deeply about her clients and has so much love to give to babies. The fact that she has a nursing degree, is a duola and is learning how to be a midwife, makes her a well rounded choice for your birthing experience.
Maddi was our attending doula during the birth of our son. We wanted someone who would help walk us through a birth plan, and help us advocate for ourselves. While our birth plan didn’t go as “planned”, Maddi was still able to support us during our induction and hospital birth.
Let me start off with my husband and I weren’t too sure if we wanted to hire a doula to help me with an unmedicated labor and delivery. We weren’t exactly sure what a doula did and if it was worth it.
Maddi is so incredible thoughtful and mindful with everyone she works with. You can tell how much she cares and how passionate she is about what she does. I couldn’t recommend anyone more!!!
