To say Michelle is a yoga instructor as google says is to undervalue her. Michelle is a pospartum doula, yoga instructor, mom's group facilitator, and more. I worked with Michelle as a postpartum doula, and attended her baby yoga classes and mom's group.
Michelle's moms' support group was the single best thing I did as a first time parent 5 years ago. I connected to a wonderful community of fellow parents who live in Jersey City. This was absolutely invaluable as a new parent. I have three kids now and have attended the mom's support group whenever I had a new baby.
