10/10 1st review My first zoom meeting was very informative...we covered exactly how I want my birth plan to go. What all was important to me from start to finish as far as pain tolerance, medications , vaccinations , importance of skin to skin , breastfeeding and much more .
Started with Micia a bit late in my pregnancy however she was very helpful and insightful. Currently 2 months pp and she is still a helping hand when it comes to my breastfeeding journey ( which is greatly needed!) I would recommend for your doula and lactation needs.
What an experience!! I labored for almost 2 days and Micia was amazing. She set the vibes with essential oils, lighting and great music none of that stopped the pain lol but it definitely helped. Her breathing advice allowed me to pushed only 3 times to meet my son!
