What families say
Susie is a kind, knowledgeable, and highly experienced birth doula and midwife-in-training! As a birthworker myself, I have supported new parents alongside Susie and seen her in action firsthand.
Susie was the midwife apprentice at my third home birth. She was absolutely AMAZING! So kind, compassionate, and encouraging the whole labor, and she also gave me so much wisdom and encouragement in all my prenatal appointments, as well.
We are beyond grateful for Susie. She came to our birth at exactly the right moment. My original midwife had three women in labor the same day, and I was honestly worried she wouldn’t make it. But when Susie arrived as her backup, she brought with her what I can only describe as the peace of the Lord.
Susie is the best! She supported me as a doula in both of the births of my daughters. I had homebirths with both (the first being 50 hours long where Susie was at my home almost that entire time!) and my second which was 12 hours long.
