Before having my baby, joining a postpartum support group wasn’t even on my radar. But now I would 100% recommend it! The environment is very baby-friendly where you can feed or change your baby as needed while the discussion is happening.
Best postpartum support group. Had a lot of helpful information and helpful individuals on topics that we learned about in the group! The snacks are always great too if you are breastfeeding and always hungry! At the end we did a photo shoot with our babies, and they were so cute!
