What families say
Amanda was the saving grace in our bath experience. My husband and I still regularly talk about how thankful we were to have her during our birth of our first child. It was such a difficult, long labor and Amanda never left my side. We truly do not know what we would've done without her.
In the Light Birth Doula is a gift to the region. From the initial consultation to postpartum care, Amanda was wonderful to work with. She is kind, knowledgeable, and empowering. The techniques she taught me during our prenatal visit helped me remain calm during my unmedicated second birth.
Amanda was a superb Dula. I felt very listened to and supported. I really appreciated her hard work supporting me during my labor and especially how she encouraged my husband to support me both physically and emotionally.
I can't say enough good things about Amanda! She made me feel so informed and at ease about going into labor, and I truly believe my experience wouldn't have been as positive had she not been there. If you're looking for support before, during and after labor, I highly recommend having Amanda as your doula!
