Maria was FANTASTIC! I had my first child in 2020, at the start of the pandemic, with no options for in person birthing classes. I didn’t even know if they were going to allow my husband in the room while giving birth.
Great class with helpful information of what to expect during labor, as well as information on medically necessary testing/procedures vs. ones that are solely doctor/patient preference. Also provided tips on partner support during labor.
