I highly recommend Homegrown Families childbirth education class! My husband and I took Chama's class this summer before the birth of our first baby. I had been looking forward to taking this class for several years and was so excited to finally have the opportunity!
My husband and I took Chama's 6-week Childbirth with Courage Class and we're so glad we did. The class met online due to COVID-19, but we were still encouraged to connect with other families, and the classes were recorded so we could stay caught up even after having to miss one class.
Chama's 6-week Birth with Courage class is a must have! She really takes a deep dive into all aspects of your pregnancy and preparing you and your partner for labor. We were also glad given the current COVID situation that she offered the whole class online.
