The baby massage mini-course is a great resource for soothing, connected time with your baby. Before this course, I tried winging it with baby massage and my babe didn't seem to be a fan of the sensation of so much oil, however she really enjoyed her massage with this sequence.
Having Lauren and Nicole be part of my postpartum journey helped me focus on my own healing, both physical and emotional. They created a safe space and took such great care of me. I didn’t want it to end!
