The best decision I could have made! As a first time mom, I was terrified of labor as I didn’t know what to expect. Kristen and I met several times before I had my baby and we worked through many things together to prepare me for the big day.
Where do I start… as a first time mom preparing for birth, I didn’t know anything let alone where to even begin. I looked into doulas for peace of mind and luckily found that TriCare (active duty Marine) covered Hello Seedling! My number top priority was to find someone I connected with that follows Christ!
I cannot express enough, how grateful and blessed we where to have found Kristin! Kristin was always there for me, from questions during pregnancy to labor. Kristin went above and beyond for me when it was time to deliver our 2nd child. I was a Vbac delivery, and she helped me feel empowered, capable and positive.
My husband and I were SO happy we found Kristen to guide us through my pregnancy and birth of our first child. She is so warm and welcoming and we immediately clicked with her. One of the things that drew me to Kristen’s practice was her approach to evidence based birth education.
