Bethany was such a wonderful support leading up to and during the labor and delivery of our 4th baby. I love, I call it, her Mary Poppins bag she brings with her with all kinds of helpful tools in it to use during your labor.
Having a doula was not something that I had thought of for our planned home-birth. My wife brought it up to me a couple of months before the due date and all I could think about it was the extra money that it would cost for us to have one.
I found Bethany after north Georgia family doulas told me that they wouldn’t travel all the way to blue ridge for doula services. I am so thankful that Bethany was willing to help me. We were all set and ready to go but my little bundle of joy would not turn from breech. I had to have a c section.
Bethany was absolutely incredible as a doula. I can’t put into words how great she was even for all the little things from my late 1st trimester and early second. My 3rd trimester definitely threw me some curveballs and she was so intentional and honest when game planning for the next steps.
