I went online because I was interested in starting yoga. I specifically set my goal to do so with a black owned business. I came across Heart and Soul Wellness and began to read about her journey and the services that she offered.
My Reiki experience reminded me of times when historical figures, biblical figures even Jesus slipped away from situations and circumstances to go inward & find self purpose on the road to the spirit man. My session enabled me to take leaps of faith and to this day I am still experiencing enlightenments and release.
