What families say
Six years ago when I had my first child it was a very painful experience and, even with a healthy baby, at the end left me with a lot of birth trama and fear surrounding childbirth. As excited as I was to be pregnant with my second child, we were terrified of going through another birth as unpleasant as our first.
I knew I would like Kat to be my doula the first time I met her on Zoom! Teri was super knowledgeable, and Kat had this calming energy and healing aura, which helped me decide to go with the Harmony Doula Group. Before birth, we attended multiple classes taught by Teri, some of them were online, some were in person.
At the beginning of my pregnancy, I wasn’t sure if I was going to hire a doula, but after having Teri I can’t imagine having a birth without her! Throughout my pregnancy, her classes and resources equipped us with well-researched information and pro tips, which alleviated a lot of my fears and anxiety about L&D.
I didn't have these ladies as my Doulas, but I took childbirth education from Susan, and a Doula training from Teri. They are both INCREDIBLE teachers, and so knowledgable in all aspects of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and so much more!
