I can’t speak for those that have had multiple children, but for us who are about to have our first we HIGHLY recommend booking a consultation with Golden Hour. There is certainly a difference between talking to a Doctor and talking with someone like Julia at GHL.
Where do I even begin!? These two woman are amazing. They have been apart of my breast feeding journey since a few days after we left the hospital. This is my second pregnancy and the amount of information I learned while working with them was abundant. I started out my breast feeding journey in the hospital okay.
This review is long overdue. After a very difficult first delivery, I knew I wanted a different experience the second time around, which is why I chose to work with a doula. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very beginning, I felt truly supported.
Facing my second pregnancy and delivery was met with both happiness and excitement, but also immense fear and anxiety. My first pregnancy ended with a lot of birth trauma that I'm still healing from, and the thought of a second delivery was terrifying. Working with Julia and Brooklyn provided a sense of empowerment.
