We’ve worked with Erin for all three of our children. They are all excellent sleepers. Erin and her team are not only great at night but Erin offers really helpful advice on how to set up the right routines and approaches to have your baby sleeping as quickly and comfortably as possible.
I hired Erin to work as a postpartum doula summer of 2021, and spring - summer 2023. I would certainly recommend her work. I evaluated Erin against 5 other postpartum doulas and chose her based on her candor and her expressed hands-on approach not only for the child, but also supporting the mother.
My husband and I used Gentle Giraffes NCS for the first 5 months of our son's life. We had such a wonderful experience with our NCS, as well as company owner Erin, that we extended our contract twice.
Our daughter spent her first 2.5 months hospitalized and when she came home was very medically complex. She had a feeding tube and quite a few meds and a grueling schedule we needed to follow to ensure weight gain. She was also a very challenging and screamy baby.
