Fourth Tri Sanctuary lives up to its name as a sanctuary for those who are postpartum. From the moment I walked in I felt warmly welcomed by the attentive and knowledgeable staff. I’m a mom only member as my baby is 12 months old and this place is a haven where I feel held as a mother.

I’m so happy I found Fourth Tri during my first pregnancy! I’ve taken several prenatal yoga classes with Dale and they have all been very comfortable and helpful. I also had a fabulous massage with Brandy. Erica the Care Concierge has been amazing providing a tour of the space and providing so much helpful information.
