I’ve sat down to write this review a million times! But it’s difficult to put into words how invaluable the services that Flourish Family Doulas provides are. We live pretty far outside of Springfield, but I decided to inquire anyway, and was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to work with us!
Working with Flourish Family Doulas was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. As first time parents-to-be, we felt incredibly overwhelmed, but as soon as we had our first meeting, we instantly felt relief that we would have an amazing support system through Flourish.
I highly recommend Flourish Family Doulas!! Ashley was our Doula and was awesome through the whole process. Her and my wife connected on a level that is hard for me as a man to connect without experiencing all the things women go through during pregnancy and birth.
I am so thankful for the role Alexis played in my pregnancy and labor/delivery. I had a lot of hopes for my second birth experience. While I knew many things about birth were ultimately out of my control I also knew I needed extra support and someone else “on my team” for the journey this time around.
