What families say again and again

“By the end of our Hypnobirthing classes when asked what came to mind when I thought of labor and birth the words I thought of were peaceful, empowering, and beautiful.”
What families say
On day one of Hypnobirthing I was asked what words came to mind when I thought of labor and birth. The first word I thought of was pain. By the end of our Hypnobirthing classes when asked what came to mind when I thought of labor and birth the words I thought of were peaceful, empowering, and beautiful.
My husband and I took SEVERAL birth-related courses (online and in-person) and Emily's Hypnobirthing Class was honestly our favorite one by far. It was probably the very best thing we did to prepare for our home birth.
I highly recommend the Flagstaff HypnoBirthing course for all expecting parents whether it's you're 1st birth or you've been through the experience before. I took Emily's HypnoBirthing course towards the beginning of my 3rd trimester to prepare for my second birth.
The Flagstaff Hypnobirthing course with Emily was one of the best prep for labor/delivery for us new parents! Not only did it go beyond the basics of a traditional birth course, but it also helped reshape how I viewed the birth of my first baby from something I was anxious and scared of to something I felt confident…
