What families say
My husband and I took a birthing class with Jess through the Family Life Center before having our first baby. The experience was truly invaluable. I had read a lot, and also felt fairly comfortable knowing that there were things I just couldn’t know until experiencing it, so at first I was unsure about whether a class…
I am so glad my husband and I decided to take our birthing class at the Family Life Center. After attending other classes (childcare, breastfeeding etc) at both Albany Med, St. Peter's, I can say for sure that the FLC offers the most comprehensive and empowering curriculum.
My husband and I really wanted to take a in person childbirth class and someone recommended FLC to me and I’m so happy we went to the Birth mini series class. We had Sarah as our instructor and she was truly amazing!! The class was extremely comprehensive, and we covered a lot over two days.
I just took a Birth Prep workshop/class with Jessica and she was absolutely amazing!!! I wasn’t sure I needed the class, but I am so glad we decided to go. I left there feeling empowered and knowledgeable about what to expect about my labor, delivery, after birth etc… Our baby is due this week and I can honestly say…
