Tiffany's prenatal yoga class is the best! Some prenatal yoga classes focus just on stretching and relaxation — and those things are great, don't get wrong — but Tiffany also works on the kind of strength and stability that you need for pregnancy and labor. My favorite part is when we hold godde.
