Ema and Anna completely transformed our experience as first-time parents. I didn't realize how little I knew about birth until our birth envisioning session, after which Ema recommended books, courses, meditation techniques, and her own collection of resources so I could aim for an unmedicated delivery.
We are thankful every day to have had Ema as our doula. We met her in week 36 of pregnancy and did not have time to take advantage of her prenatal services, but would highly recommend hiring her early and soaking in all of her knowledge and coaching in the prenatal period.
Ema and Nicki were a truly integral part of our baby’s birth. Before she arrived, they helped educate us on what to expect and how to best prepare. We created a meaningful birth plan and when that didn’t go as planned they were right by our sides guiding us and encouraging us. I can’t recommend them enough!!
