You know when you meet someone and they just immediately put you at ease? That’s Chaka. She was such a gift to our family at a time when we really needed some support. She has so much knowledge about all things baby, breastfeeding, postpartum and just life, she helped me in every aspect.
WHY CHAKA? Chaka is an incredible birth doula and made the whole difference in my labor experience. She is warm, experienced, and a great advocate for her clients.
We’ve had the absolute privilege of working with Chaka for both of our boys, and I truly don’t know how we would’ve done it without her! She was our overnight doula for both boys, and with her gentle, and thoughtful sleep guidance she had them both sleeping through the night in what felt like record time.
This is kind of long overdue but with a newborn I’m finally getting around to it. Chaka was our postpartum doula after our son was born 11/12/22 and let me just say, she was a GODSEND, literally an angel. We are first time parents who don’t know anything so if you can imagine the chaos when we got home.
