We are so glad to have been referred to Empowered Beginnings! Ciarra is a fantastic doula/instructor who is incredibly knowledgeable of the full pregnancy to birthing and post partum care process. I had the pleasure of taking her HypnoBirthing course both in-person and virtually with my fluctuating schedule.
I cannot say enough good things about Kim Berry. As a first-time mom, I was extremely nervous about giving birth. While I had a deep instinct that my body was made for this, I also knew that in medical situations I tend to shut down and struggle to advocate for myself.
This was my third baby, and Ciarra Morgan supported our family so beautifully through the typical wildcard experience of a third birth. After weeks of prodromal labor, Ciarra was there every step of the way through a very intense six-hour labor.
