What families say
We decided to work with embrace doula after having a very rough postpartum journey with our first daughter. This time around I knew I wanted to set myself up for success. We met with the owner Amy over zoom and she answered all of our questions and validated our concerns.
Amy provided post-partum care for us and our newborn twins for 9 months. Initially she looked after the twins through the night, so we could get much needed sleep. We cannot stress enough that the reason we could sleep was because we felt 100% secure in the fact that, with Amy, our babies were safe and well cared for.
We hired Embrace Doula for 3 months to help us take care of our second baby just days after he was born. Amy was amazing, she truly is an expert and her support helped us with breastfeeding, tongue tie release recovery, infant massage, bottle feeding, the list goes on and on.
Embrace Doula was truly amazing! I wish I could give her 100 stars. We did not have a postpartum doula with our first daughter, and the transition from 0-1 came with challenges that we did not foresee. We knew that with our second, we needed support to ensure the experience was better than the first time around.
