Elizabeth was so wonderful in many ways. Initially I was unsure about having a doula. During our initial conversation I was certain I wanted to proceed. When we had our first prenatal appointment I felt put at ease by her calm, gentle demeanor.
We cannot say enough nice things about Elizabeth. She was our doula for the birth of our daughter in April 2023, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her prenatal visits really helped us to prepare for the birth, and she had a lot of great recommendations and advice.
Elizabeth is an exceptional doula. Her prenatal visits are informative and comforting, as we all got to know each other, discuss birth preferences, and become familiar with options, positions, and movement for delivery.
As a planned homebirth to hospital transfer we were so very lucky to have Elizabeth as our doula. Going into our birth my husband and I both felt like we knew her very well and like she had prepared us for how she can help and what to expect as much as you can going into something as unpredictable as birth.
