What families say again and again
“My husband and I took Jamie’s Partner Yoga Birthing Workshop before our daughter was born and it so helpful as we did a home birth and he was with me the entire time.”
What families say
Jamie is an absolutely phenomenal person! She supported me throughout my first pregnancy with prenatal yoga as well as her partner birthing education class. Jamie takes time to check in with each client and creates a safe space that is inclusive of both our physical and emotional health.
A few weeks after having my first major surgery for breast cancer, I began going weekly to Jamie's sessions. To say she was a big part of my recovery, is truly an understatement. She has worked with me during each step of this emotional journey.
Jamie is wonderful. I know her as both my yoga instructor and doula. I have taken prenatal yoga and other classes with her, the way she instructs is seamless. It keeps my attention, is calming and always effective. I leave her classes feeling so much better! Mind body and soul.
Jamie is very professional and knowledgeable! My husband and I took Jamie’s Partner Yoga Birthing Workshop before our daughter was born and it so helpful as we did a home birth and he was with me the entire time.
